The golf course and Club facilities are only available to Members and their guests.
A Member must accompany guests while on Club grounds.

Dress Code

Proper Attire for Men

Proper attire for men on the Golf Course includes slacks or full length walking shorts (no more than three inches above the knee) and a golf shirt or sport shirt.

Proper Attire for Women

Proper attire for ladies includes skirts or Bermuda- length shorts, sport blouses or shirts, slacks or walking shorts (no more than three inches above the knee).

Inappropriate Attire for Men & Women

Inappropriate attire includes short shorts, cut-off jeans, tennis shoes or bare feet.

Denim of any kind is not considered appropriate attire in any part of the Clubhouse or on the Golf Course, including any of the dining areas and in the Men's Locker Room.

Fitness attire is not appropriate in the Clubhouse, Halfway House, on the Golf Course or on the Practice Tee. Any player not wearing proper attire will be asked to change into appropriate dress.

Headwear in the Clubhouse

Men are not allowed to wear headwear in the clubhouse

In addition, all baseball style caps should be worn in the forward position.

Members and guests may wear hats in the Halfway House and Golf Shop.

Cellular Telephones

Cellular phones are permitted in designated areas of the clubhouse only

Please put your cell phone on vibrate mode upon arrival at the Club and then abide by our Cell Phone Policy. Discreet use of cell phones for email and texting is permitted, however phone conversation is discouraged in consideration to other Members and guests.

If you must use your cell phone for conversation, use it ONLY in the following designated areas:

  • Phone room in the Men's Locker Room
  • Private meeting room
  • Cottage rooms
  • Boardroom (if available)
  • Private office in the Pavilion on the Practice Tee

The following locations are not appropriate for cell phone conversation:

  • Clubhouse
  • Golf Course
  • Golf Shop
  • Practice Tee
  • Halfway House
  • Tunnel

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the clubhouse or cottages due to the state of Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act (2008)

Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the Clubhouse terraces and in designated areas on the decks of the Cottages. Smoking is also allowed on the Golf Course and Practice Tee, however restrictions may be imposed based on the potential of fire danger.

Pace of Play & Course Etiquette

To ensure an enjoyable round for all players on property, please maintain a proper pace of play while on the golf course

Members are responsible for the pace of play of their guests and all groups are expected to play in no more than 4 hours and 20 minutes. Additionally, the Golf Shop staff will be proactive to ensure a reasonable pace for all golfers. Please be aware of your position.

Etiquette and good sportsmanship are integral parts of the game. To ensure all players enjoy the most out of every round, please:

  • Respect the Golf Course – leave it as you would like to find it by repairing pitch-marks, filling divots and raking bunkers.
  • Respect Your Fellow Players – be sportsmanlike and polite.
  • Respect the Game – know the rules and etiquette of golf.

The Village Castle Pines Access

Castle Pines Golf Club is located in the gated community of the Village of Castle Pines.

In order for guests to access the grounds, guests arriving in their own vehicles should contact Castle Pines Golf Club in advance at (303) 688-6000 to facilitate access to the Club.

The Village Castle Pines Emergency Services requires the names of all Club guests arriving in their own automobiles to be in the Guard Gate's computer system in order to grant access to the grounds and maintain community security.
